These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 291ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing 291ph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 291ph employs age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 291ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration. To access real-money gaming features, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes.
2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. 2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 291ph:

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 291ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 291ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 291ph is required to verify your identity in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or UMID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by 291ph. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 291ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 291ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the 291ph Platform:
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 291ph reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 291ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 291ph account are your own and are not derived from any criminal activity. 291ph complies with Philippine AML regulations and is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal to Source. 291ph reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with AML best practices. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 291ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 291ph reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and cancel associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a bonus is being claimed in breach of this restriction.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. 291ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 291ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a player in good faith will be honoured.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 291ph Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 291ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All outcomes on 291ph's electronic games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness. 291ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 291ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. 291ph shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the player's end.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify 291ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 291ph will investigate the matter and its decision, made in good faith based on available records, shall be final and binding.
6.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 291ph reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 291ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Suspension by 291ph. 291ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
8.2 Termination by 291ph. 291ph may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false identity information; (c) you have engaged in fraud, collusion, or money laundering; or (d) you are found to be under 21 years of age.
8.3 Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting 291ph support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

10.1 Ownership. 10.3 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 291ph regarding the Platform may be used by 291ph without restriction or compensation to you.
11.1 Platform Availability. 291ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 291ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 291ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. 291ph is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.
291ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 291ph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 291ph, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.3 Regulatory Oversight. 291ph operates within the Philippine regulatory framework. Complaints relating to the Platform's compliance with applicable gaming regulations may be directed to PAGCOR or such other competent Philippine authority as may have jurisdiction.
291ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 291ph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
